Your data

Your company’s data stays your company’s.

The four promises from the front page, and what each one means in practice. No shared tables, no shared address, and no argument when you want it back.

01

Your own database

Not a shared table with your name in a column. Your company gets a database of its own, and a query in it cannot reach anyone else’s rows because those rows are not in it.

  • One database and one container per company, created when you sign up
  • CPU and memory capped per workspace, so a busy neighbour is not your problem
  • Your files sit beside your database, not in a shared bucket
02

Your own address

yourcompany, on a subdomain of its own. The office signs in there, the crew portal lives there, and your enquiry form posts there.

  • Fixed when you sign up, and the same for the life of the workspace
  • Sign in once here, then straight into the workspace
03

Nightly backups

Restored to a scratch copy to prove they work. A backup nobody has restored is a guess.

  • Seven nightly backups kept at any time
  • Database and files in the same backup, so a restore is not half a move
  • Restores land in a scratch copy, never over your live workspace
04

Yours to take

Leave, and you get the whole database and its files. Not a report or a selection of tables: the workspace as it stood.

  • A standard Odoo 19 database dump with its filestore
  • Runs anywhere Odoo 19 runs, with no licence from us
  • Ask us to remove a workspace and its backups go with it
05

Who can see what

The office signs in to the workspace. Crew leaders and subcontractors sign in to the crew portal, which shows only their own moves and their own settlement.

  • A subcontractor sees their moves and their pay, and nothing of anyone else’s
  • A crew sees the day’s jobs, the route and the instructions on them
  • Office users are named people, not one shared login

Need it in the contract?

Want the separation, retention and export terms written into the agreement rather than a web page? Ask, and they go in.
